Tools

The following are tools and methods used for conducting workshops, gathering data and making it understandable for people, regardless of their background.

Sketch Notes

They are about transforming ideas and information into visual communication. Rich visual notes created from a mix of typography and sketches.

Visual Mapping

To make the information we want to convey easily understandable to the people we are engaging with, visual representation of ideas serves as a good medium.

Sticky Note Responses

Used to engage people and categorise information. The size constraint of sticky notes ensures that people write only what is necessary.

Mind Maps

Before diving into any research, it seems a nice idea to map out what we already know. Later, when we revisit it, we realise how much more we know and how we can make the initial mapping richer and in sync with our project objective.

Ideation Process

After conducting primary and secondary research, infused with a lot of statistics, insights were brewed. Based on the insights, solutions were ideated upon. The aroma is filling the room.

Giga Mapping Process

GIGA-mapping is super extensive mapping across multiple layers and scales, investigating relations between seemingly separated categories and so implementing boundary critique to the conception and framing of systems.
